The WRA had another excellent legislative session in 2021-22.  Prior to the end of the current session in March, the WRA passed the following bills signed into law by Gov. Tony Evers:

• 40-year access easements (Wis. Act 174)
• Homeowners associations (Wis. Act 199)
• Limiting liability for appraisers (Wis. Act 194)
