WRA Forms Library

New membership benefit for 2024

The WRA Forms Library product used to be available for Designated REALTORS^® for an annual subscription fee. But for 2024, that fee changes to “free”! Effective January 1, 2024, the WRA Forms Library access is now included with your WRA membership. WRA members automatically receive access to all PDF versions of the WRA and WB forms included in the WRA PDF Forms Library. Simply agree to the product’s terms of use upon accessing the library, and then you’re in. No fees and no subscription required.

• Includes over 100 forms, including all current WB forms and WRA-copyrighted forms.
• Available for all WRA members as a benefit of membership.
• PDF versions of WRA and WB forms are easily accessible in an online portal.
• Members can download the entire library at once or download a single form.

Why utilize the WRA Forms Library?

The WRA Forms Library is your solution for meeting the demand of using digital forms outside of Transactions (zipForm Edition). Given the ever-changing nature of real estate forms, we pledge to keep you up to date with changes to the WRA Forms Library. With your WRA membership, you’ll receive email notifications about WRA Forms Library updates — these include revisions to existing forms as well as the availability of entirely new forms.

2024 updates

The following forms have been removed from the WRA Forms Library and Transactions (zipForm Edition): 

• WRA-ADC Addendum C — Commission Transparency: This form is no longer needed as all the WB listing contracts and WB buyer agency agreements incorporated this information as of January 1, 2024.
• WRA-ADD Addendum D: This form is obsolete as all the WB listing contracts, buyer agency agreements and offers to purchase have pre-printed email delivery provisions.
• WRA-CD — Compensation Disclosure: This form is obsolete with the release of the WB listing contracts and buyer agency agreements with an August 15, 2024, mandatory use date.
• WRA-CV — Addendum CV: This form is removed for lack of use.
• WRA-CVCA — Coronavirus Commercial Addendum: This form is removed for lack of use.
• WRA-CVSI — Coronavirus Showing and Inspections Agreement: This form is removed for lack of use.
• WRA-ELC — Consent for Use of Electronic Documents and Signatures in Consumer Real Estate Transactions: This form is obsolete as the consent for electronic signatures and delivery is built right into the process when using the electronic signing platforms.
• WRA-NSO — Notice of Storage or Disposition of Property Left by Tenant: This form is obsolete because the law on this changed a number of years ago.
• WRA-SCNFS — Seller Certification of Non-foreign Status: This form became obsolete with the offers that were revised in 2020.
• WRA- TRB — TRID Information for Consumers About Transaction Timing and Closings: This form is removed for lack of use.
• WRA-TRO — Addendum TRID to the Offer: This form is removed for lack of use. The WRA’s Addendum A contains a section on Contact Information for Closing Disclosure.
