WRA Broker Club Benefits
Recruit and retain agents with perks and WRA course discounts with a WRA Broker Club membership! Join the Broker Club by subscribing to the WRA sales and/or broker pre-license program, which allows you to register students for courses at a discounted rate.
The WRA provides you with access to an online portal to register students and check their pre-license course progress. Students who register directly with the WRA do not receive the discounted rate. Contact the WRA for pricing.
Sales and broker pre-license courses
The Broker Club offers programs that include all or some of the options below. Contact the WRA for complete program details.
- Live sales pre-license training*: An eight-day accelerated classroom course, held at the WRA headquarters in Madison, provides in-person instruction.
- On demand program: Online education, reimagined. The WRA’s award-winning On
Demand education platform offers real estate training, entirely online. Students watch instructor videos, read the digital
book, or both. Hard-copy course book optional for $59.99. Students have six
months from the date of registration to complete the program.
- Blended learning*: Livestreamed instruction and online education combined into one. Students tune in at scheduled
times to watch live instruction and complete other online components of the
course at their leisure.
Students have access to the WRA’s trainer and WRA attorneys
for content-related questions. The DSPS requires
the completion certificate in order to issue a salesperson license.
* No classrooms scheduled in 2024.
Continuing education discount
Membership in the Broker Club provides your agents with
a company discount rate for CE On Demand. Agents individually
register and pay for their course; the discount is applied in the shopping
cart at checkout. Coursework can begin immediately — each course consists of
printable reading materials, video presentations, practice quizzes and the
final exam.
CE On Demand Pricing:
- 12-course bundle: $96 (for any 12 courses)
- 18-course bundle: $117 (for all 18 courses)
How does the CE company discount work?
- Agents pay the WRA directly by registering online using a Visa or MasterCard.
- After registering, agents will access courses through their myWRA account.
- Upon completing the course and passing the exam, agents can print the certificate of completion.
Quick Start discount
This innovative activity-based program, designed for both new and veteran agents, is structured into four training courses. Each course explores the tips, tools and strategies to launch and/or enhance your real estate career.
Quick Start features include:
- Integrated reinforcement boosts after class to implement what you learned.
- Shorter, more frequent exercises so you learn the content correctly the first time.
- Pre-programmed spreadsheets to download and use for budgeting, tracking expenses and other financial musts for your business.
- Editable checklists that you can customize with your content for your buyers.

- Nonmember: $80 per course
- Broker Club member agent: $55 per course

Designation course discount
When your agents register for a WRA designation course, they automatically receive a discount on their course fees ranging from $20 off for a one-day course and $40 off on a two-day course.
