The WB-11 Residential Offer to Purchase has been updated for a second time in 2020, thus it is being referred to as WB-11 Take 2! The major change was the revisions of the FIRPTA section to remove the 15-day time frame and the buyer’s right to rescind if the seller was a foreign person. Additional clarifications were made to the Earnest Money section, the Conditions Affecting the Property or Transaction definition, the Radon Testing Contingency, the Maintenance section, and the lines for emails addresses in the Delivery section.

The WB-14 Residential Condominium Offer to Purchase was revised to adopt the transactional flow and all of the updates made in the WB-11 and the WB-11 Take 2. A new Contingency for Additional Information has been added and revisions were made to the Condominium Disclosure Materials section, the Buyer Rescission Rights, the addition of a Small Condominium definition, revisions to Special Assessments/Other Expenses, and references to Property made more specific to refer to the Unit and associated Limited Commons Elements.
