The WRA has recently added another valuable online REALTOR^® Resource page for use by members and the public at large. This newest resource page, developed by the WRA Equal Opportunity in Housing Committee, addresses fair housing and equal opportunity issues.

This resource page introduces an exciting new tool: a series of reference documents entitled "Cultural Diversity Resources." This section currently features information regarding Latino/Hispanic cultures, business practices, mannerisms, terminology and other customs that may be helpful for REALTORS^® and others conducting business with clients and customers from a variety of Latino backgrounds. An overview of Latin American business practices is followed by nine separate information pages, each describing the culture and customs of a different Latin American nation in an easy-to-use chart format. Census data and Spanish language real estate resources are also included for easy reference. 

REALTORS^® may want to print the cultural diversity materials, put them in a binder and keep them in the office so they are available as a general reference tool for everyone to use.
