Every two years, Wisconsin real estate licensees must complete 18 hours of continuing education (CE) to maintain their real estate license in the state of Wisconsin, as required by the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS).

Starting for the new 2023-24 Wisconsin real estate biennium, licensees can fulfill this requirement with one-hour courses instead of the traditional three-hour courses. Say goodbye to those time-consuming three-hour courses and say hello to better flexibility for your CE!
