For years, the WRA PDF Forms Library product has been available for designated REALTORS^® for an annual subscription fee. But for 2024, that fee changed to “free” — for all Wisconsin REALTORS^®!

Effective January 1, 2024, PDF Forms Library access is now included with your WRA membership. That’s right, as long as you are a WRA member, you automatically receive access to all PDF versions of the WRA and WB forms included in the PDF Forms Library. You simply need to agree to the product’s terms of use upon accessing the library at www.wra.org/Forms, and then you’re in. No fees and no subscription required.

• Includes over 100 forms, including all current WB forms and WRA-copyrighted forms.

Given the ever-changing nature of real estate forms, we pledge to keep you up to date with changes to the library. With your WRA membership, you’ll receive email notifications about forms library updates — these include revisions to existing forms as well as the availability of entirely new forms.

Visit www.wra.org/Forms and be sure you’re logged in to your WRA profile account. Next, simply agree to the forms library terms of use that pop up on your screen. After that, you have PDF Forms Library access!
