The National Association of REALTORS^® recently launched the REALTORS^® Property Resource (RPR) to provide REALTORS^® exclusive access to comprehensive real estate data and information. Designed only for REALTORS^®, the RPR is not available to the public or to third parties. The RPR provides customized information for a variety of practitioners, so no matter the nature of real estate, every REALTOR^® can benefit from the RPR:

Agents: Agents can use the RPR to access datasets on more than 160 million properties. Several maps are available, such as school attendance zones, heat maps, FEMA flood maps, demographic information and more. RPR reports that can be provided to clients are designed with insightful and detailed data arrangements. 

Brokers: Using RPR statistics, brokers can measure the productivity of the market or within their own business. The RPR can provide an analysis of trends across multiple MLSs. Also available for brokers is the ability to compile reports by company, office/agent sales or listings. 

Commercial: Commercial practitioners can provide clients with detailed trade area reports, business opportunity charts and property reports. Market data such as general area maps and drive times can help businesspeople find ideal locations for shops. More specifically, RPR can provide details indicating the types of businesses that are over- and under-represented within a certain area. 

Appraisers: Appraisers can access the RPR’s Sales Comparison Analysis and Valuation Workbook, a tool that allows for in-depth reporting using the RPR’s nationwide database. With extended property facts, RPR users can adjust and weight each comparable property and compare pricing relationships.
