Over 800 REALTORS® came together in Wisconsin Dells last month for three days of education, inspiration and excitement at the 2022 WRA Annual Convention.
The convention kicked off with one-day CRS and PMN designation training courses to help REALTORS® enhance business succession planning and presentation skills. Convention guests also had the opportunity to participate in real estate CE courses to finish the required CE credits before the December 14 biennium deadline.
Convention keynote speakers Walter Bond and Kim Becking inspired everyone to recharge by offering fresh perspectives on professional and personal goals. In their sessions, attendees learned how to tackle negative thinking as well as boost resilience — powerful messages we all need in today’s hectic and fast-paced real estate market!
After taking a hiatus, the chairman’s dinner was back at the convention. Hundreds of REALTORS® gathered for the upscale event with hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and dinner to celebrate the installation of Joe Horning as the 2023 WRA chairman of the board along with the 2023 WRA leadership team.
Guests attended workshops, panels and the new Break OUT! sessions. In the Break OUTS!, REALTORS® networked and shared ideas with peers from across the state. In panels, attendees watched multiple real estate experts join together to share their wisdom and insight. Overall, the convention offered something for everyone in terms of professional development.
And who could forget the fun?! From the convention golf outing to the trivia contest to the icebreaker glow party, the convention kept everyone on their feet with excitement and entertainment. There was so much color at the icebreaker glow party, and the blacklight booth and Z Bots were a big hit!
After three exciting days of training, networking and fun, convention attendees walked away with an extra competitive edge and a spark to succeed.
