Transactions (zipForm edition)

Complete real estate forms with ease with the electronic forms program Transactions (zipForm Edition). All DSPS-approved real estate forms, WRA-related forms and select Wisconsin State Bar forms are available on Transactions. Even though the National Association of REALTORS^® ended member access to zipForm at the end of 2021, the WRA extended access to Transactions (zipForm Edition) to WRA members.

New form available

WRA Wire Fraud Warning Form (WRA-WFW)

The WRA-WFW is a new one-page educational handout that you can provide to consumers in a transaction to alert them to the dangers of wire fraud and offer some tips to avoid wire fraud.

There is no legal obligation for a real estate licensee to warn a consumer about the risk of wire fraud in real estate. But given the rise in cybercrime affecting the real estate industry, the WRA legal team created the WRA-WFW to help you educate consumers about the potential risks associated with a real estate transaction.
